Behind the doors at Baltzar von Platens Gata 2 and Norr Mälarstrand 72 in Kungsholmen is Brf Pontonjären nr 1. It was designed by B Hedvall and completed in 1930–1931. Stadsmuseet classes it green, of particular heritage value. The association was registered in 1981.
