Housing associations, estate agencies, developers, independent schools, private care providers, pharmacies and architecture offices already have a page of their own on VERA PI – facts from open sources, each with its source and date. As a partner you write your own presentation beside the facts.
What you get

Your own presentation
Say who you are – a headline, a lead and text with subheadings and lists. Always labelled «Partner content» with your name.
Pictures you own
Up to nine pictures you have the right to publish, each with a photo credit and a description for readers who cannot see it.
Contact and opening hours
Phone, e-mail, a visiting address with Google Maps and Apple Maps, and your hours – with «Open now» for anyone on the way.
Offers to members
An offer for VERA PI card members – for everyone, or from Silver, Gold or Black – with its terms and an end date.
News and posts
Viewings, sales starts, open days, new hours – your latest, dated and gathered on the page.
A link to your website
Partner content may link to your own website and Instagram. VERA PI's facts never link out in your name.

- VerificationA code to an address on your own domain verifies you at once. Otherwise we match the number against open data and check by hand.
- Write – we reviewEverything you write is reviewed before it is shown: approved, changes asked for, or no – with a reason.

Who can become a partner
An organisation whose page on verapi.se is one of the types above, and which shows that it represents the organisation: with a code to an address on the organisation's own domain, or by VERA PI matching the registration number against open data and checking by hand. The applicant confirms that they may act for the organisation.
VERA PI's facts never change
The facts on the page come from open sources and are shown with their source and date. A partner cannot change, hide or comment on them in the facts. If a fact is wrong, write to contact@verapi.fr – we correct it against the source, partner or not.
What you may write
A presentation, pictures, contact details, opening hours, news, an offer for VERA PI members and a link to your own website.
What you may not write
Nothing false or misleading – not about the building, results or prices (the Swedish Marketing Act). No personal data about residents, pupils, patients, neighbours or board members, and no pictures in which anyone can be recognised without consent – no children without their guardians' consent. Nothing illegal, offensive or discriminatory. Pharmacies and care providers: no prescription medicines and no medical promises. No links in the text other than to your own website.
Review
Everything is reviewed by VERA PI before it is shown, usually within two working days: approved, changes asked for, or no – always with a reason. VERA PI may remove content that breaks these terms, also after it is published.
Labelling
Partner content is advertising for your organisation and is therefore always labelled «Partner» and «Partner content · a paid presentation by» your name. Links to your website are marked as paid for search engines (rel="sponsored").
Price and payment
750 SEK a month or 7 500 SEK a year (two months free), excl. VAT. Swedish VAT is 25%. Payment is not open yet; until it is, nothing is charged – you apply, are verified and can write and have your text reviewed. We contact you before a subscription starts (contact@verapi.fr).
Term and notice
Monthly: rolling, cancel any time to the end of the month. Yearly: twelve months, and we remind you 30 days before the year ends. After cancellation the partner block is removed; VERA PI's facts stay.
Responsibility and rights
You are responsible for what you write and for having the rights to the pictures. You allow VERA PI to show the content on your page on verapi.se and in VERA PI's apps while you are a partner.
Personal data
We keep the organisation's name, its registration number and an e-mail address for contact and sign-in – no personal ID number and no names. They are used only for the partnership and deleted twelve months after it ends, except what the Bookkeeping Act requires once payment is connected.
